Welcome to Pennsylvania ADC Training
Think for a moment about the number of Americans who would be in nursing homes or other institutional environments without care driven entrepreneurs such as yourself. Your adult day care/health programs keep families together, promote medical stability and help seniors and the younger disabled fight depression and its affects.
The Commonwealth does not dictate the source of your training, as you may choose your own provider. However, they do specify training frequency and required subject matter. All of this is covered in the online school specifically set-up for you.
Let this be the home you never leave for keeping your staff polished and your liability reduced. Remember: Your training subscription is free through December 31, 2019. After that it is $299.00 per year and you can train up to 20 team members
